We’re currently hiring for a dynamic Creative Content Manager who can serve as our agency’s lead on content creation, curation, and short-form video across various digital channels. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing static and short-form video content for organic and paid media campaigns that connect mission-driven organizations and candidates to drive measurable results. You'll work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure our campaigns effectively resonate with our audiences. You’re a self-starter who constantly bookmarks examples of eye-catching digital content and is likely to be chronically online. You do less doom scrolling and more scrolling to study trends and have a million ideas you can’t wait to execute.
You’re a strategic creative who knows how to make visual content that moves people - not just looks good. You have a strong eye, a deep understanding of how content creation connects to campaign goals, and the ability to translate messaging and audience insights into work that performs. This role will be a balance between copywriting, video production, and project coordination.
You thrive in a remote working environment and have nailed down your working cadence. You equally enjoy working independently and collaborating with a team, especially graphic designers, video editors, project managers, and ad specialists.
