Job Description

**Description** Crane Operator will be assisting welders by holding variuos sizes of pipe and moving fittings around during bolt up. - sitting, standing, and squatting, - raising and lowering objects from one level to another, - carrying objects - usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder, - grasping objects with the use of fingers, palm and wrists to hold/and or manipulate objects (hammers, saws, pencils, pens etc.,), - pulling i.e. exerting force upon an object so that the object moves toward the force (includes jerking), - pushing i.e. exerting force upon an object so that the object moves away from the force (includes slapping, striking, kicking and treadle actions), - bending at the waist, stooping, working in a supine position, twisting (seated or standing), - walking or standing for long periods of time. **Skills** Overhead crane, Crane operation, Machine operation, Mechanical aptitude, Machine operating **Top Skills Details** Overhead crane,Crane operation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Must have 2+ years of experience operating a crane. The crane will be a 17 ton crane. **Experience Level** Intermediate Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
