Corporate Eligibility/Authorization Billing Specialist West Palm Beach, FL | Full Time On-Site Trilogy Home Healthcare - A Humana Company, a growing leader in Florida's home health industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Eligibility/Authorization Billing Specialist to join our West Palm Beach Corporate team. In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizations for Medicare and commerical payers.
Key Responsibilities: - Verify benefit coverage and secure service authorizations
- Communicate and collaborate with branch offices, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Support billing operations with accurancy and timeliness
Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in Medicare, Managed Care, or Commerical Payer billing/authorization (required)
- Medicare Home Health experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Some medical terminology knowledge is a plus
