Description Robert Half Legal has partnered with a growing healthcare information technology company in North San Diego on a direct hire Contracts Manager opportunity. In this role, you'll work 100% onsite and closely with the Chief Legal Officer, who is known for being an exceptional mentor and manager. You will handle the review, drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of inbound and outbound contracts, including: + Software, SaaS, and technology agreements + Vendor and customer contracts + Service, marketing, and facilities agreements This is a dynamic opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys contract work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
