Statement of Work Deliverables

This engagement will be delivered on a time-and-materials basis . The consultant architect will provide architectural leadership and deliverables across three strategic initiatives: MINT Replacement, AdFinity Insights (Project Brent), and broader AdFinity Platform Architecture. All deliverables will be iterated collaboratively with AdTech stakeholders.

Initiative 1: MINT Replacement

Initiative Summary (Why)

The MINT platform relies on IBM Integration Platform, creating cost, complexity, and long-term vendor lock-in risk. With current licensing arrangements expiring, AdTech must document the existing system, rationalise its scope, and define a modern replacement aligned to AdFinity.

Deliverables

• D1. Current MINT Architecture & Integration Map
  Document current integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
• D2. MINT Capability Inventory & Redundancy Assessment
  Catalogue and classify existing capabilities to identify essential versus redundant functionality.
• D3. Future-State Architecture for MINT Replacement
  Define the preferred target architecture aligned with AdFinity's platform strategy.
• D4. Build vs Buy Support (MINT)
  Provide architectural input to support Product's evaluation of vendor offerings and internal options.

Initiative 2: AdFinity Insights Project Brent

Initiative Summary (Why)

Project Brent will migrate source data ownership from AdTech's ADL to Sky Data. AdTech must continue operational data processing for campaign delivery without service degradation. A clear architectural approach is required both for short-term continuity and long-term platform evolution.

Deliverables

• D5. Current Operational Data Architecture
  Document existing operational data flows, dependencies, and processing patterns.
• D6. Future-State Insights Architecture (Operational Continuity)
  Define target architecture enabling Insights to ingest from Sky Data while maintaining operational SLAs.
• D7. Strategic Insights Architecture
  Define the long-term architecture for Insights as the operational data foundation across AdFinity modules.
• D8. Build vs Buy Support (Insights Platform Components)
  Provide architectural analysis supporting Product's assessment of internal capabilities and external tooling.

Initiative 3: Broader AdFinity Platform Architecture

Initiative Summary (Why)

AdFinity's six modular products require a unified technical platform to support Sky Media's business transformation. A coherent platform vision and modular architecture are essential to reduce duplication, support scale, and ensure interoperability.

Deliverables

• D9. AdFinity Platform Vision
  Define the technical platform vision aligned to Sky Media's transformation priorities.
• D10. Modular AdFinity Architecture
  Define the architectural model describing how all AdFinity modules interact and utilise shared platform services.
• D11. Build vs Buy Support (Platform Components)
  Provide architectural input supporting Product's evaluation of foundational platform components (e.g., workflow, orchestration, rules engines, optimisation).

Acceptance Criteria

Deliverables will be accepted when:

• Reviewed with Product and Architecture stakeholders.
• Feedback is incorporated.
• Artefacts are delivered in agreed formats (e.g., Confluence documentation, architecture diagrams, technical papers).

Dependencies and Assumptions

• Access to SMEs across AdTech, Media, Data, and vendor organisations.
• Access to system documentation, repositories, logs, and environments as required.
• Vendor technical information will be made available where relevant.
• Prioritisation and sequencing of work will be jointly agreed and may evolve through the engagement.

Out of Scope

• Implementation or configuration of systems.
• Low-level design specifications unless explicitly requested.
• Procurement or commercial negotiation activities.
