Job Description
Job title: Construction Manager Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Collaborate with professionals to review plans and confirm feasibility, code compliance, and safety standards. Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation to maintain financial control. Select and hire contractors and subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and supervise the onsite performance. Monitor construction progress, conduct inspections, and ensure work quality meets design specifications and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve issues, delays, or unexpected challenges, adjusting project plans and schedules as needed. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and ensure project expectations are met. $ 145454.00/year. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field. 48 months of experience in managerial position.
