Work closely with advisory, client service, investment management, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and impactful client interactions.
Lead initiatives that drive high-quality service deliverables and support firm-wide growth objectives.

Strategic Growth Initiatives:

Collaborate with leadership and integration teams to successfully onboard new advisors, teams, and clients.
Expand the firm's presence in new markets, positioning the organization as a leader in wealth management for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Human Resources & Team Development:

Oversee and manage the Human Capital program, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Partner with the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) to attract, onboard, and develop top talent, aligning them with the firm's values.
Lead and develop teams across Operations, Technology, Finance, and Compliance functions.
