**Job Description**: MobileTimesToday, a pioneer in innovative technology (Beyond Sur Vival - survival gear, Swooba - AI-enabled scuba gear, MailDNA, Autonomous Drone Technology, Interstellar Exploration, Space Ore Mining, Elysium Sanctuary City), is expanding with a new financial division. We are in search of a seasoned CFO to establish and oversee our financial operations, including the initiation of the **Technology from Beyond Tomorrow Today (TBTT)** ETF. This ETF will focus on investing in green, sustainable, resilient, and self-sufficient assets, utilizing AI and the company’s patent portfolio.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise financial strategy, fee collection (product sales, patents, consulting), and spin-off financing.
- Develop and launch TBTT ETF, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and alignment with the company’s ethos.
- Manage an AI-driven portfolio (ETFs, stocks, commodities, bonds, MobileTimesToday shares).
- Negotiate with trading platforms, APs, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards (Investment Company Act of 1940, FINRA).
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: MBA or equivalent in Finance; CFA, CPA, or CFP certification preferred.
- **Experience**: 15+ years in financial management, including ETF creation and regulatory filings.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in AI integration, green investing, and capital markets; strong connections with banks, APs, and platforms (e.g., Schwab, Interactive Brokers).
- **Legal**: Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and state securities laws; experience with trust structures.
- **Connectedness**: Established relationships with institutional investors and trading desks.
