Job Summary

Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference? Join our home care agency as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Caregiver and help us provide exceptional care to individuals in need. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and more—all while fostering independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote a positive atmosphere.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments or social activities.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to supervisors or family members.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability in caregiving situations.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving tasks as needed.
