About the Role

As a Cashier/Barista at Minuti Coffee, you’ll be the face of our coffee shop, providing outstanding customer service and crafting delicious beverages. Whether you’re greeting customers, preparing their favorite drinks, or keeping the café running smoothly, your contributions will help make Minuti Coffee a go-to destination for our community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with their orders.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items with precision and care.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and provide excellent service at checkout.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and dining area.
• Restock supplies and ensure all products are fresh and ready for service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A love for coffee is a plus, but not required!
