Position : Butler / Houseman
Location : Palm Beach (November–April) & Southampton (July–Labor Day; housing provided)

Schedule :
When Principals are in residence: Thursday–Monday, flexible hours
When out of residence: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
A distinguished private household is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Butler/Houseman to join their team. This full-time position involves seasonal travel and requires discretion, excellent service standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with household staff.
Key Responsibilities :
Formal and informal meal service (plated and French style)
Maintain pantry and service ware to high standards
Run errands and assist with provisioning
Inventory management
Plant and flower care
Assist interior staff and house manager with various projects
Silver care
Perform “Daily Graces” and turndown service (especially for the master suite)
Assist with kitchen cleanup and chef support
Answer phones and relay messages professionally
Pet care for one King Charles Spaniel: feeding, walking, grooming, vet visits
Requirements :
Two or more years of experience in a formal private home
Professional, polished, excellent communication skills
Team player with a calm demeanor and strong attention to detail
Able to follow household protocols and checklists
Willing to travel, pass background checks and drug testing, and sign a non-disclosure agreement
Legally authorized to work in the United States with a clean driving record
