Job Description

At i360technologies, we’re a team of driven professionals specializing in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We’re passionate about solving complex challenges through strategic thinking and innovative solutions. Since our founding in 1999, we’ve fostered a collaborative, fast-paced environment where initiative is recognized, professional growth is encouraged, and careers flourish. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, and abundant opportunities for advancement. If you're motivated, solutions-oriented, and ready to make an impact, you’ll find a rewarding and supportive home at i360.

We are seeking a techno-functional Business Analyst to support a high-impact digital transformation initiative within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The role focuses on RPA implementation with a core emphasis on Oracle Federal Financials, while positioning for future expansion into AI-powered automation.

This position will work directly with stakeholders, developers, and analysts across automation and ERP tracks. The ideal candidate brings strong UiPath automation expertise and the initiative to contribute to a high-growth RPA program. Federal financial experience is a plus, but the core need is for someone who can deliver scalable, effective automation solutions.

Job Description

  • Identify high-value RPA opportunities in manual finance processes; document them clearly for development.
  • Produce Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and any other supporting documentation like sample inputs, outputs, and test plans.

Process Analysis & Automation Support

  • Conduct process walk-throughs and develop comprehensive documentation on both the current manual and automated versions of the business process.
  • Collaborate with UiPath RPA developers to align functional needs with technical automation solutions.
  • Ensure automation designs comply with the team’s custom automation design standards and federal audit controls.

Project & Change Management

  • Contribute to test case development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation.
  • Support user onboarding – demonstrating automations, conducting user acceptance testing, process validation, and rapid response support in Production.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as liaison between business owners, developers (RPA and Oracle), and leadership.
  • Provide structured updates, articulate blockers, and flag opportunities for value and risk mitigation.
  • Generate insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize automation outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years hands-on experience supporting UiPath RPA initiatives (documentation, analysis, PDDs).
  • Proven expertise with Oracle EBS Financials (R12+)—particularly GL, AP, AR, PO, and Fixed Assets—or equivalent experience with other enterprise financial management systems in a federal or highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated delivery of process improvement, automation, or ERP upgrade projects in regulated environments.
  • Working knowledge of basic automation logic, system interfaces, and process architecture.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skill.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security.
  • Workdays: Monday-Friday
  • Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Preferred

Qualifications

  • Leadership and change credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, SAFe Agilist, Prosci Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) are preferred.

  • Background in Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Financials transition projects.
  • UiPath Business Analyst Certification or other RPA-focused credentials.
