- Take beverage and food orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and barista.
- Serve food and beverages with care, offering recommendations and answering any questions about the menu.
- Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, tailoring their dining experience to exceed expectations.
- Handle special requests and dietary needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Stay informed about current menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide knowledgeable service.
- Manage multiple tables with grace, maintaining a high level of hospitality and attention to detail.
- Process payments swiftly and accurately, ensuring a smooth transaction for our guests.
- Assist in setting up the dining area before service and cleaning up after guests leave.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**
- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food safety or hospitality is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
