Car Sales Trainee

Location: Thornton Automotive - Manchester, PA.

Full-Time | No Experience Needed | Must Love Social Media.

We’re currently looking for a creative, outgoing go-getter who’s ready to start a career in automotive sales while building their personal brand online. If you're comfortable on camera, know your way around Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and want to learn the car business - we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Create fun, engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Showcase our vehicles, dealership culture, and your personal journey into the car business.
• Assist our experienced sales team as you learn the ropes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, both online and in person.
• Transition into a full-time Sales Consultant role (we’ll train you every step of the way!)

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable using social media and basic video creation tools (no pro editing skills needed).
• Confident, creative, and ready to be on camera regularly.
• Motivated to grow a career in car sales while building an online presence.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work Saturdays and be part of a team-focused environment.
