Our AmLaw 100 client, a top firm in the corporate and private equity space, is looking for a sharp, driven associate to join its expanding national team. With offices in Chicago, Dallas, and Pittsburgh, this is your chance to play a central role in high-impact deals across industries.

What you bring:

• 4-5 years of solid deal experience in acquisitions for private equity clients.
  

• Confidence and competence to take point on negotiations and manage client expectations.
  

• Stellar academic credentials and razor-sharp writing and communication skills.
  

• Admission to the Illinois Bar.
