Job Description

Who Are We?

At Revolution Learning, we are more than an educational institution; we are a launchpad for dedicated educators shaping the future. Specializing in courses like Entrepreneurship, Graphic Design, Coding, Engineering, Science, History, Math, and ELA, we aim to create an environment where teachers can connect with students and ignite their passions.

Why Teach With Us?

We know teaching can be challenging with curriculum development, lesson planning, grading, and navigating school administration taking up hours outside the classroom. At Revolution Learning, we eliminate these barriers so you can focus on what truly matters – the students.
  • Pre-Designed Curriculum: We provide a comprehensive, ready-to-use curriculum focused on engaging and career-relevant subjects.
  • Training and Support: Our dedicated training programs ensure you're well-equipped to step into the classroom confidently.
  • Focus on Teaching: With administrative tasks and planning taken care of, you can dedicate your time to inspiring students.
  • Engaging Teaching Methods: Our courses combine short lectures with hands-on, engaging projects, making learning fun and impactful.

About This Role:

We're seeking passionate individuals eager to educate students in the fields of architecture and 2D art. If you're enthusiastic about guiding students as they explore new creative horizons and develop critical skills for their futures, we want you to join our team. Your role will involve teaching the provided curriculum, fostering a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere, and encouraging students to reach their full potential.

Location:

This role will be in-person at one of our partner schools in Brooklyn, NY. Most of our partners are Jewish, single-gender schools.

Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 1:05 PM - 4:50 PM

Requirements:

  • Charismatic, positive personality
  • Strong interest in helping students grow
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Aligned subject-specific experience (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of teaching experience (preferred)
  • Previous teaching experience in architecture and/or 2D art is preferred.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and software relevant to architecture and 2D art.

Salary:

$50-65/hr
