We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.
Job Title: Leasing Agent
Hours: Full-Time
Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including facilities management and property maintenance. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues. - Manage contracts and vendor relationships for various services, such as landscaping, maintenance, and repairs. - Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping. - Conduct regular inspections of the community to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. - Coordinate and assist with community events and activities. - Implement strategies to upsell additional services or amenities to residents.
Requirements: - Previous experience in property management is preferred. - Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and problem solve. - Proficient in office software applications, including data entry and file management. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. - Knowledge of Yardi
