Essential Duties Of The Apartment Leasing Agent Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects GREAT commission opportunities Verify application and process paperwork Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed There are 240 units on property!
