The OR Nurse will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care during surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment, and collaborating with the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes.Pay: $75,049 -$95,085Schedule: FlexibleKey Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilized and properly set up.Assess patients before surgery, verifying their medical history, allergies, and pre-operative instructions.Provide intraoperative care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting the surgical team, and maintaining patient safety and comfort.Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols throughout the surgical process.Key Qualifications:Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.Bachelors or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).Previous experience as an Operating Room Nurse or in a surgical setting.Certification in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR).
