This role is central to driving the success of account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives by managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms. You will act as the subject matter expert on ABM technologies, guiding marketing teams in strategy, execution, and adoption. The position involves designing complex workflows, supporting campaigns, enabling teams through training, and ensuring data integrity across connected platforms. You will influence account-based strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and help the organization leverage technology to generate pipeline and revenue. Success in this role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment. Your work will directly impact campaign performance, customer engagement, and overall marketing efficiency.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert on ABM platforms, providing guidance, best practices, and technical support to marketing teams.
• Maintain, optimize, and govern ABM technologies and workflows to ensure effective campaign execution and high-quality data.
• Collaborate with campaign, operations, digital, SDR, and agency teams to plan, build, launch, and optimize engagement programs.
• Guide regional marketing teams in designing and deploying audience strategies for omni-channel programs.
• Support ABM strategy development, piloting new approaches, and implementing best practices across global marketing efforts.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and informing strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with 6sense or other account-based revenue platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (MAP) and CRM systems, preferably Marketo and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to build complex workflows and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating technical concepts for business users.
• Skilled in training, enablement, and guiding adoption of marketing technologies across teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on business outcomes and driving marketing efficiency.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and leading adoption of new tools and processes.
